Our One-Bedroom Suite offers the casual comforts of home with a full-size kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances, living room area and private balcony in a suite design unique to TWELVE. Suites range in size from 690-755 square feet.  You may select a suite with either one king bed or two double beds. Convertible sofas are available in select suites in this category. This suite is the ideal room for an enjoyable weekend to remember.

Our Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite offers the casual comforts of home.  In our suites you will find a full-size kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances.  The living room area and private balcony posses a suite design unique to TWELVE. This suite is slightly larger than our One-Bedroom suitet; select from one king bed or two double beds. Convertible sofas are available in select suites. This suite is the ideal room when more space is needed for conducting interviews or for an extended stay.

Our Two-Bedroom Suite offers all of the casual comforts of home.  Enjoy our full-size kitchen we've thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances.  Our living room area and private balcony compliment our unique suite design. Our Two-Bedroom Suite is our most spacious suite spanning up to 1,200 square feet.  This suite category comes with the option of a master bedroom with one king bed and a second bedroom with the option of two double beds or a king bed. This suite is the ideal room for visiting legal teams, corporate relocations or family travel.
